Process to Attend Unite Fitness Retreat:
A Holistic Fitness Camp Without Gimmicks, Just Real Results
At our fitness and health retreat we focus on real nutrition, moving your body (a lot), and holistic (sustainable) life-style changes.
Attending our fitness camp is not a “quick-fix,” instead, it is an effective tool designed to change the course of your health and wellness. We will not put you on a starvation diet (so you gain it all back when you go home) or try to sell you on supplements or drugs. Instead, wholesome meals will provide you energy to exercise and detoxify from sugar, preservatives, heavy carbs, alcohol, and more.
